Junior Sleuths, armed with their wits and the Gumshoe Detective Handbook, will do simple crime scene investigations, hunt for clues, track down suspects and solve a mystery!
Each Gumshoe Detective Party comes complete with a four-part crime scene, riddled with clues, in hard copy. You have everything you need to play the game. We also include instructions for setting up a crime scene area or table top tableau if you wish to create an actual crime scene or a mini crime scene for investigation. All of the crimes in the Gumshoe Detective Agency Parties are based on something being stolen.

I’m down to the final stretch with Hobo Heist. Once I can spend time at my computer it will be up in three days. Just polishing up the crime scenes. Fossil Furor is targeted to be ready mid October. I’ve got my intention set and my fingers crossed to make it so.

I did the ‘Castaway Critters’ party with 11 seven year olds yesterday. I thought they were a bit young to just search for the clues on the paper, so I set up dens using blankets in my lounge for each of the suspects , and set up the crime scene in the garden, using the sandpit, paddling pool, a small tent and a mocked up campfire. We used the kids’ playroom, which has a big pinboard, as HQ. The kids enjoyed it, although a couple of the boys lost interest towards the end. Including teatime, a short (6) clue trail to find the treasure and a bit of a water fight at the end, the party filled two hours.
